Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds of deposits are subject to our reasonable costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.

7. Access and Site Requirements
You must ensure safe and legal access to your property and obtain any required permissions for work. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from access issues or regulatory requirements not provided by you.

8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.
